Provide effective leadership and management to uphold Everstand’s Trauma Informed Care Culture
Supervise HS/PRS case management staff and provide oversight for Home Studies and Post Release Services
Assign cases and manage workload, referrals, and complexity of cases
Facilitate training and provide community resources for the team
Act as point of escalation for complex cases and liaise with child welfare and law enforcement
Participate in outreach and education within the immigrant and refugee community
Ensure compliance with documentation and performance metrics
Onboard new staff and conduct training and professional development
Requirements
Master’s degree in behavioral sciences, human services or social services field; OR Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences, human services or social services field with at least 3 years’ experience demonstrating supervisory and case management experience
Fluency in both Spanish and English
Excellent computer proficiency with Microsoft Windows 10 and 365 Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Proven effective time management, planning, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to pass TCI certification and CPR/First aid certification
Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain it
Ability to pass a Federal and State Fingerprinting Background Check and drug screening
