Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and exceed expectations from India based customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management within the IT services industry, specifically with large SI's
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations in a competitive market
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
In-depth knowledge of the IT services market and selling IT Services
Proficiency in using CRM and sales enablement tools
Willingness to work irregular hours and adjust schedules to accommodate clients
Willing to travel across India
Fluency in English and local languages
