Requirements
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
15-20 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance, with a significant portion in a leadership/management capacity.
Demonstrable mastery of test automation principles, frameworks such as Playwright and Cypress, testing tools, and experience in architecting and scaling automation solutions.
Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training and development programs for QA professionals at various skill levels.
Extensive experience in leading, mentoring, and growing QA teams, fostering a positive and high-performance culture.
Deep understanding of various testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), types (Functional, Non-Functional, Performance, Security, Usability), and levels (Unit, Integration, System, UAT).
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
