Artist Manager, Influencer Manager

Role Overview

• You are the primary point of contact for our in-house talents
• You assist in sourcing new collaboration partners, create proposals, and handle incoming inquiries
• You demonstrate negotiation skills in contracts as well as in price negotiations with vendors and service providers (collaboration partners)
• You develop concepts and content formats together with the talents and support them in implementation
• You act as the interface between talents and our partners, coordinate their engagements, and ensure their well‑being
• You identify and recruit potential new talents for existing and future formats and shows

Requirements

• At least 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing, e.g., at a digital, social media, or PR agency
• Confident use of all major social media platforms and online communities
• Ideally, experience in executing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
• High creativity and strong motivation
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
