You assist with coordinating our in-house talent.
You support sourcing new collaboration partners, create proposals, and handle incoming inquiries.
You develop your negotiation skills for contracts and price negotiations with vendors and service providers (collaboration partners).
You assist the artist managers with concepts and content formats for talents and help implement them.
You act as a liaison between talents and our partners, schedule their engagements, and ensure their well-being.
You identify and acquire potential new collaboration partners and future formats and productions.

At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing, e.g., in a digital, social media, or PR agency.
Interest in and a good sense for the latest digital and consumer trends.
Confident use of common social media platforms and online communities.
Ideally, experience in executing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns.
High creativity and motivation.
Fluent German and proficiency in spoken and written English.
