You assist in coordinating our in-house talent
You support the search for new collaboration partners
You will learn how to create and send inquiries and proposals throughout the collaboration
You will learn everything about price negotiations and market pricing
You will learn about contract structures in this industry and common pitfalls
You support the artist managers with concepts and content formats for talents and help implement them
You act as a liaison between the talents and our partners
You identify and acquire potential new collaboration partners as well as future formats and productions

Minimum: internship, working-student position (Werkstudent) and/or vocational training in Influencer Marketing or Online Marketing
Interest and an eye for the latest digital and consumer trends
Strong command of all major social media platforms and online communities
Ideally, experience in executing and/or designing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
Highly creative and motivated
Fluent German and strong written and spoken English
