Manage weekly and monthly payrolls for multiple entities.
Support preparation of international payrolls.
Calculate, remit and report payroll deductions and on-costs including superannuation, payroll tax, PAYG, and long service leave accurately and on time.
Support month-end and year-end payroll activities.
Process new starters, employee terminations and ad hoc payments as required.
Contribute to and manage ad hoc payroll projects.
Participate in internal and external audits.
Provide training, guidance and support to payroll team members.
Update and maintain employee payroll data in line with policies and procedures.
Produce and deliver payroll reports as required by the business.
Requirements
Current legislative payroll-specific qualifications or courses.
