Role Overview
- Define and own the Salesforce enterprise architecture strategy
- Lead architectural design reviews and technical governance
- Evaluate platform capabilities and emerging Salesforce features
- Drive platform health and eliminate technical debt
- Own production uptime and incident response
- Architect and oversee bi-directional integrations
- Set standards for API design and lead technical decisions
- Provide hands-on technical oversight of Apex development
- Lead design and implementation of Salesforce Experience Cloud
- Serve as a technical mentor and force multiplier
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Manage multiple concurrent projects from inception to delivery
- Provide advanced training and enablement to Salesforce users
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise business systems or technical architecture
- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience
- Significant tenure as a technical lead or architect
- Expert-level proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce
- Deep experience architecting Salesforce integrations with enterprise systems
- Strong command of structured release management practices
- Experience leading technical teams and influencing without direct authority
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Salesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect credential
