Responsible for creating, modifying, and optimizing CNC programs using CAD/CAM software to support efficient and high-quality production.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to refine and troubleshoot CNC programs.
Ensure CNC programs meet specifications and quality standards.
Maintain documentation of CNC programs and modifications.

Proven experience as a CAD/CAM CNC Programmer
Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and tooling
Experience in countertop fabrication is a plus
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Proficiency in at least one CAD/CAM software , such as: AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Mastercam, Fusion 360, Alphacam (preferred for countertop applications)
Familiarity with CNC machine controllers (e.g., Fanuc, Haas, Siemens)
