Supports client services efforts in a critical way, connecting the activities of the agency to clients
Implements projects to promote and support the success and profitability of client deliverables
Drives the daily tasks by communicating with internal service delivery personnel and leading client communications
Manages overall delivery of individual client project assignments
Facilitates medical-legal-regulatory review process to ensure compliance
Monitors budgets and notifies the Account Supervisor of out of scope items and hours
Provides standard and customized status and financial reports to clients
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
At least one year of experience as an Assistant Account Executive or Account Executive within an advertising, marketing, communication or related industry
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
