About this role

Design and develop ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, Spokes, and MID Server
Build and maintain API endpoints, scripted REST APIs, and data import/export interfaces
Configure Transform Maps, Data Sources, Scheduled Jobs, and ETL logic
Implement secure authentication methods (OAuth 2.0, Basic Auth, API Keys, JWT)
Troubleshoot integration issues, perform debugging, and optimize performance
Work with cross functional teams to understand integration needs and deliver scalable solutions
Maintain documentation for integration flows, mappings, and error handling processes
Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and ServiceNow best practices.

Work Experience: Experienced
Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, Spokes, and MID Server
Proficiency in building and maintaining API endpoints and scripted REST APIs
Develop Transform Maps, Data Sources, Scheduled Jobs, and ETL logic
