Run vendors and budgets with discipline: Negotiate contracts, optimise spend, and deliver quality outcomes within constrained budgets.
Align internal teams to ship on time: Coordinate Design, Sales, Press, and Social Media so each event lands with consistent messaging and execution.
Measure and improve event ROI: Define success metrics, track performance, and iterate formats using data and AI-supported workflows.
Requirements
Event ownership: You have led multiple events in parallel from planning to delivery, with clear outcomes for at least 5 years.
Planning and project management: You run structured timelines, keep stakeholders aligned, and consistently hit deadlines.
Budget and negotiation skills: You know how to deliver high-quality experiences while managing tight budgets.
Autonomy and accountability: You make decisions, move fast without constant validation, and own results end-to-end.
