Role Overview
- Performing research and analyses to develop design options for components, products, systems and processes
- Enhancing / developing processes, layout and associated tools
- Identifying, analyzing and implementing new or existing technology to optimize business processes
- Designing process improvements to reduce cost, cycle time, improve quality and/or increase throughput
- Directing external resources / contractors as required
Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience, preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
- Experience in savings/cost reduction initiatives
- Experience leading teams
- Experience in engineering, planning, and manufacturing environments
- Intermediate English level required
