Senior Corporate Finance Analyst – M&A

Role Overview

• Project manage multi-party M&A transactions
• Work closely with senior stakeholders leading engagements
• Deliver high-quality financial analysis
• Prepare teasers, information memoranda, and other deal materials
• Support evaluation of offers and transaction processes
• Build and maintain financial models
• Conduct valuations and support due diligence processes
• Support business development initiatives
• Liaise with external advisors (legal, tax, and other partners)

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent, e.g. SAICA)
• Experience in corporate finance, M&A, or transaction services
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Proven ability to manage deadlines and multiple workstreams
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable working in a lean, high-growth environment
• Exposure to marketing services or technology sectors is beneficial but not essential
