Role Overview
- Own and manage end-to-end reliability, availability, and performance of the website
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and resilient infrastructure
- Work closely with development teams to ensure high system uptime and performance optimization
- Implement and enhance monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
- Drive incident management, root cause analysis, and performance tuning
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and operational workflows
- Ensure best practices in CI/CD, security, and system reliability
Requirements
- 10+yrs of experience
- Lead-level experience working as an independent contributor
- Strong expertise in Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms
- Experience in WordPress development and deployment
- Strong background as a Developer, now transitioned into DevOps/SRE/Cloud Engineer
- Experience working with product-based companies or large MNCs
- Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and distributed systems
