Ensure accuracy of commissions earned by Sales coworkers
Provide front-line support to sales
Perform basic payroll reporting and analytics
Research and respond to inquiries from Sales and Finance
Prepare commission earnings and calculate payments
Process automated and manual adjustments
Generate reporting and commission statements
Contribute to daily, monthly, and quarterly analysis
Monitor implementation of accounting procedures
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and 1 year of Finance, Sales Operations, Commissions, Project Management or related experience OR HS Diploma and 4 years prior experience in related fields.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently with little direction.
Successful track record of meeting deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel.
Knowledge or familiarity with AS/400, TrueComp and ChangePoint are a plus.
