Role Overview
- Responsible for bookkeeping and financial reporting using Odoo
- Handle daily accounting tasks, such as posting invoices and payments
- Prepare monthly financial statements and ensure deadlines are met
- Support the preparation of financial reports and analyses for management
- Manage payroll and associated tax obligations
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure accuracy and compliance
Requirements
- Several years of experience in accounting
- Solid knowledge of, and experience with, the Odoo ERP system is an advantage
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken; English skills are a plus
