Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of conversational experiences that drive customer engagement across our products.
Conduct ongoing discovery with stakeholders to understand customer behavior, map friction points, and identify engagement opportunities via bots.
Build and communicate a clear vision for the engagement bots vertical aligned with the company’s business objectives.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to turn ideas into functional bots.
Requirements
Solid experience as a Product Manager with a track record of delivering products focused on end-user experience.
Experience in automation projects, bots, conversational channels (e.g., WhatsApp, mobile app, chatbots), CRM, or engagement journeys.
Analytical ability to prioritize based on data, hypotheses, and testing.
Ability to handle ambiguity, turn open problems into concrete opportunities, and propose scalable solutions.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with ease articulating and defending product vision across different areas of the company (business, product, engineering, customer service).
