About this role
Role Overview
Business development: identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities and expand the partner network within the designated territory
Key account management: maintain and grow relationships with an existing portfolio of key accounts and partners
Channel partner management: build and manage the partner network across the ASEAN region
Sales strategy: develop and execute a sales strategy and action plan to meet sales targets
Negotiation and closing: lead contractual negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals, ensuring profitability and legal compliance
Market intelligence: act as a regional expert, monitor market trends and customer needs to inform product and sales strategies
Reporting: maintain accurate, up-to-date information on the sales pipeline, activities, and forecasts in the CRM system
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in automation, robotics, or related industrial technology
Fluent in English (required)
Proficiency in Malay, Vietnamese, or Mandarin is a significant advantage for day-to-day customer communication
