As Business Development Manager, you are responsible for building new sales channels at Coup.
You work at the intersection of Marketing, Sales and R&D Consulting and take ownership of strategically relevant projects related to pipeline development and market expansion.
Your goal: by systematically building networks of multipliers and new go-to-market channels, establish a scalable lead pipeline that positions Coup as a trusted go-to partner for the government research allowance (Forschungszulage) and contributes significantly to our revenue targets.
You identify new opportunities, proactively drive acquisition of relevant accounts and referral partners, and negotiate cooperation models that create win‑win situations.
You create spaces for exchange and trust. By designing and managing exclusive formats (events, webinars, roundtables), you build a loyal community that strengthens Coup's position as a leading expert in the grants/funding market.
You are responsible for the success of our market entries into new segments and develop compelling storylines and sales materials that make complex topics like funding/grants understandable and attractive.
You create persuasive pitch decks and materials that enable Coup to be successfully recommended. You also represent Coup at events, trade shows and networking events.
You define and track KPIs for your channels.
