Audit end-to-end order and inventory flows to identify gaps and implement reliable, scalable processes
Evaluate, onboard, and manage 3PL partners to support efficient and cost-effective fulfillment
Define and implement fulfillment routing strategies across in-house and third-party logistics
Overhaul domestic and international shipping processes to improve speed, cost efficiency, and reliability
Lead the operations team through structured goal-setting (OKRs) and drive execution through weekly planning
Build and implement data integrations and workflow automations to reduce manual effort
Negotiate carrier contracts and manage relationships with logistics and supply chain partners
Analyze operational and financial data to identify improvement opportunities and drive cost optimization
Ensure smooth coordination across teams to maintain operational efficiency and service quality

5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in e-commerce, logistics, or multi-location environments
Strong expertise in inventory management, ERP systems, and order flow optimization
Proven experience in evaluating and managing 3PL partnerships
Ability to design and execute fulfillment strategies across multiple distribution channels
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Experience working in OKR-driven environments with the ability to translate strategy into execution
Hands-on experience building systems, automations, and process improvements
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and drive change effectively
Familiarity with international shipping, compliance, and logistics tools is a plus
