Lead and deliver streams of work end-to-end.
Partner with mobile leadership to shape the technical direction of the iOS platform.
Drive the adoption of SwiftUI and Swift Concurrency.
Work closely with Product Managers, Backend engineers, and UI/UX designers.
Actively support the development of other engineers through technical guidance and code reviews.
Champion accessibility and inclusive design.
Thoughtfully integrate AI tooling into workflow to increase velocity.

Significant professional experience building native iOS apps with a deep command of Swift, SwiftUI, and Swift Concurrency.
Solid working knowledge of UIKit for maintaining legacy code and supporting migration to SwiftUI.
Strong working knowledge of CoreData.
Proven ability to make high-impact technical decisions using SOLID principles and architecture patterns.
Experience with AI tools to enhance productivity but maintaining a rigorous standard for the code.
Experience implementing iOS accessibility features.
Interest in the people side of engineering and willing to take on line management responsibilities.
Solid understanding of automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and the mobile release lifecycle.
Genuine interest in financial technology and a desire to build a product that helps users reach their financial goals.
