Partner with hiring managers and leadership to develop and deliver recruiting plans aligned to hiring needs
Build strong relationships across the business, leveraging employee referrals and internal networks to generate candidate pipelines
Provide a high-quality candidate experience through consistent and clear communication
Proactively source and build diverse talent pipelines through direct outreach
Screen candidates to assess skills, experience, and alignment with company values
Maintain regular check-ins with hiring managers to track progress and adjust approach as needed
Leverage and expand professional networks to engage and attract passive candidates
Collaborate with the wider HR team on process improvements and contribute to OKRs
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting, with agency experience preferred.
Strong experience hiring for Tech and Product roles as a primary focus.
Adaptable, with the ability to support a range of roles beyond tech when needed.
Proactive and results-oriented, with a bias for action.
Experience across all aspects of full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, coordination, networking, salary benchmarking, and candidate relationship management.
Ability to manage competing priorities, take on constructive feedback, and remain adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Strong project management, written, and verbal communication skills.
Engaging personality with the ability to build credibility and command respect.
Self-starter with sound judgment and decision-making skills.
