About this role
Role Overview
Build pipeline through outbound efforts, referrals, and your network
Own the full sales cycle from first contact to close
Work deals actively—follow up, push, and close
Prioritize high-probability opportunities and manage pipeline effectively
Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to support deal success
Share feedback on messaging, objections, and what’s working in-market
Help raise the level of the team through strong execution and insight
Maintain strong CRM discipline and accurate forecasting
Requirements
Startup experience required (early-stage or high-growth)
5+ years in fintech, banking, or financial services
Proven closer with a track record of hitting revenue targets
Experience building pipeline from scratch
Strong outbound and relationship-building skills
Comfortable operating with high ownership and limited structure
Collaborative mindset—you work well across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
Strong execution and follow-through
Fluent in English
