Managing the territory to maximize customer engagement
Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance
Identifying and developing new business opportunities
Collaborating closely with marketing and product teams

Proven track record in medical device sales, preferably within prosthetics, orthopaedics, or rehabilitation
Strong understanding of sales processes, customer needs, and market dynamics
Affinity with prosthetic solutions and their clinical applications is a strong advantage
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently within a defined territory
Willingness to travel frequently within the Benelux region
Fluency in English is required; Dutch and/or French are strong advantages
Valid driving license
