Serve as the firm's Georgia-licensed attorney of record on select matters involving Georgia law or Georgia-based clients.
Provide occasional consultation on Georgia state law, local rules, and procedural questions as they arise.
Review filings, correspondence, or documents that require signature or oversight by Georgia-licensed counsel.
Maintain good standing with the State Bar of Georgia throughout the engagement.
Communicate promptly with the firm on any time-sensitive Georgia-related matters.

Active license to practice law in the State of Georgia, in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia.
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
Minimum of 3–5 years of legal practice experience (preferred but flexible).
Current malpractice insurance coverage (or willingness to obtain).
Strong communication skills and reliable responsiveness.
Comfortable working independently in a remote, collaborative arrangement.
