Serve as strategic HR advisor to firm leadership; participate in leadership meetings and support compliant employment decisions across a multi-country workforce.
Lead, develop, and mentor the HR team; establish clear responsibilities, escalation paths, and service standards.
Advise on escalated employee relations matters, performance concerns, and sensitive workplace situations; coach leaders through corrective action, PIPs, and separations.
Drive the firm's culture strategy, building programs that strengthen connection across in-house and remote teams and support engagement and retention.
Design and continuously improve firm-wide training and development programs, including onboarding, compliance, leadership development, and management training.
Oversee benefits programs, open enrollment, compensation philosophy, and total rewards strategy across multiple countries.
Own the company handbook, HR policies, and employee-facing documentation; identify risk areas and recommend scalable improvements.
Partner with hiring managers on select strategic hires and support workforce planning and employer branding.
Create internal communication standards including newsletters, bulletins, and video channels.
Lead monthly salary reviews and oversee bonus plans, salary administration, and historical data reporting.
Analyze workforce productivity metrics such as turnover and absenteeism to identify trends and solutions.
Requirements
Experience leading HR for a workforce with both in-house and remote team members, ideally across multiple locations or countries.
You bring extensive experience in senior Talent & Culture leadership roles.
Strong background in employee relations, performance management, and handling sensitive matters with discretion.
You demonstrate strong strategic thinking, initiative, and decision-making capabilities.
You have a proven ability to drive associate engagement and foster a culture of belonging.
Proven experience designing training and development programs at an organizational level.
Proven experience building or improving HR infrastructure — policies, handbooks, operating models, HR systems, and team structure.
Experience leading HR team members and overseeing benefits, compensation, and total rewards.
Excellent judgment, emotional intelligence, and discretion.
Strong English communication skills (C1 level or higher), verbal and written.
U.S. HR experience preferred but not required; candidates without it must be committed to learning U.S. employment laws and multi-state compliance.
