Keeps clients and agents informed about shipment stages and progress.
Prepares and tracks shipment spreadsheets.
Availability for client meetings (online).
Requirements
Completed or in-progress degree in International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields.
Advanced English for conversation.
Spanish is a plus.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Experience in import customer service routines at a freight forwarding company or NVOCC.
