About this role
Role Overview
Prepare management reports for Customer Service (CS);
Manage the department's email inbox;
Support the sales team with relevant information about order status;
Provide internal customer support via email and phone.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in Logistics, Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Customer Success, and/or related fields;
Enrolled in an undergraduate (bachelor's) or technologist program with evening classes — cannot be attending full-time daytime courses;
Available to intern for at least 1.5 to 2 years;
Reside in São Paulo and/or have easy access to commute to the region;
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
Strong corporate communication skills;
Intermediate English and Spanish.
