Present the first proposal to refine the RTM model for Pharma, focusing on optimizing partner profitability.
You will be responsible for recommending improvements and revising RTM models for the Pharma, Grocery and Perfumery channels based on analysis and understanding of channel market dynamics and shopper profiles by category and channel. For the simulation and review of customer service assessment models (Direct Operation, OL (logistics operator), Distributors, Wholesalers), recommend better formats based on performance, potential and profitability. Connect strategy and execution areas, ensuring excellence in implementing coverage network and assortment definitions and propose special projects and actions to generate value for B2B clients.
Requirements
Experience in Pharma/Grocery: Practical experience navigating the nuances of these channels.
Hands-on with data: Strong technical proficiency with IQVIA, Nielsen and Excel. You should enjoy cross-referencing datasets and extracting insights (not just receiving a finished report).
Execution leadership: Experience leading direct teams or squads, with a focus on technical development and project delivery.
Tactical financial acumen: Solid knowledge of P&L to assess whether the strategy "pays for itself" in day-to-day operations.
