Role Overview
- Conduct requirement-gathering meetings with stakeholders (sales/commercial, finance, operations, and others)
- Understand processes, identify pain points and opportunities for improvement
- Translate business needs into structured requests for technical teams (data engineering/analytics)
- Map processes and define business rules
- Prepare documentation, workflows, and functional specifications
- Monitor development with the technical team to ensure alignment
- Validate deliverables and ensure they meet business objectives
- Support prioritization of initiatives based on impact and value
- Develop dashboards, analyses, and reports when needed
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst, BI Analyst or similar (mid-level)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset and process-oriented perspective
- Experience with data projects (BI, data engineering, analytics)
- Knowledge of SQL and/or BI tools
- Ability to manage end-to-end medium-complexity requests
