Lead the development and implementation of sales force strategies, including targeting, field team sizing, and incentive compensation plans
Guide and develop analytics for all commercial activities and departments
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development, while mentoring team members
Leverage data and insights to clearly communicate the health of the business
Design and implement field operation needs, such as CRM, power BI reporting, and targeting lists
Maintain the highest standards in commercial data, reporting, and analytics
Collaborate closely with various functional stakeholders to ensure cross-functional alignment
Manage relationships with data vendors, ensuring the quality of final products
Support the development of the company's Data Warehouse and reporting capabilities
Develop and implement weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or related quantitative field required; advanced degree preferred
Director: Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in commercial analytics, business analytics, or data science
Senior Director: Minimum 10–12+ years of relevant experience with increasing leadership responsibility
Experience supporting biopharmaceutical commercial organizations, including sales, marketing, market access, or patient services analytics
Demonstrated experience translating complex data into actionable insights
Proficiency with SQL and analytics programming languages (Python or R)
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
