Support the construction, maintenance, and analysis of KPI reports and dashboards.
Monitor performance and provide analytical input to support decision-making.
Assist in preparing presentations of results and initiatives to optimize and automate routines.
Develop, maintain, and improve reports and dashboards to track key operational KPIs.
Monitor performance indicators and generate insights for customer service teams.
Identify data inconsistencies, bottlenecks, and process improvement opportunities.
Propose and follow up on action plans focused on operational efficiency and service quality.
Create executive presentations with analyses and results.
Ensure the quality, integrity, and up-to-dateness of the databases used in reports and analyses.
Support innovation and analytical automation initiatives, proposing automations in processes and routines to optimize customer service.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
Intermediate knowledge of Excel and basic knowledge of Power BI.
Previous experience with KPI reporting or in customer service/Customer Experience areas.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability in data storytelling and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, and SQL is a plus.
