About this role
Role Overview
Build, maintain, and further develop long-term customer relationships
Onboard new customers and support them during the implementation of our data products
Analyze customer requirements and derive appropriate measures to optimize products and processes
Monitor the usage of our products and identify potential areas for improvement
Conduct review meetings, align on roadmaps, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle
Provide proactive consulting on the use of features, extensions, or optimization strategies
Work closely with Sales, Product Development, and Support
Manage and handle escalations
Requirements
Completed degree in Business, Logistics, Mobility, or a comparable qualification
Experience in Customer Success Management or Account Management in the fleet management or SaaS environment
Strong communication and presentation skills
Analytical mindset with a structured, solution-oriented way of working
High customer orientation and enjoyment of advisory work
Technical understanding of software and telematics solutions
Very good command of German and English
