- Lead civil/road design and 12d modelling for complex infrastructure projects
- Manage, mentor and develop design teams
- Ensure compliance with Austroads, TMR standards, and industry best practice

Requirements
- 10+ years’ civil design experience, including roads/highways
- Proven leadership in managing small design teams
- Strong 12d modelling and technical expertise in TMR projects
- Australian Citizenship
