About this role
Role Overview
Collect, analyze, and continuously monitor data from monitored environments.
Detect incidents and anomalies early, acting proactively to prevent downtime.
Monitor the performance of environments, ensuring their stability, availability, and reliability.
Monitor alerts, events, and operational indicators, performing triage, logging, and escalations when necessary.
Maintain constant and transparent communication with clients regarding outages, incidents, and service degradations.
Log and update tickets, ensuring proper follow-up until resolution.
Support technical teams in identifying root causes of failures and in continuous process improvement.
Contribute to reducing downtime and minimizing impacts on clients' productivity.
Follow procedures, best practices, and service level agreements (SLAs).
