Lead end-to-end program execution for the NTP assessment
Serve as primary point of contact with VA stakeholders (CO, COR, program leadership)
Oversee development of: Workforce and staffing models, Financial and cost benchmarking analyses, Clinical performance and quality frameworks, Technical and imaging system assessments
Integrate inputs from multidisciplinary teams
Ensure delivery of: Monthly progress reports, Interim and final recommendations
Manage project schedule, risks, and quality control
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and alignment across VISNs and VA facilities

10+ years of experience in program or project management
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale healthcare or federal programs
Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams (clinical, technical, financial)
Strong background in data-driven decision making and performance metrics
Program governance and reporting
Excellent communication skills with experience briefing senior government stakeholders
