Lead the strategic management of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) with a systemic perspective and results orientation.
Process, critically analyze and consolidate OHS indicators, using data to support decision-making, risk prioritization and strategy definition.
Conduct strategic meetings, safety committees and executive forums, presenting analyses, metrics, trends and action plans.
Lead and support team management, fostering technical development, engagement and alignment with corporate guidelines.
Coordinate and oversee accident and incident investigations, ensuring appropriate methodology, root cause identification and implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions.
Design, monitor and ensure the effectiveness of OHS action plans, ensuring deadlines, accountable owners and measurable results.
Manage CIPA nationally, including process standardization, unit support, and tracking of meetings and indicators (CIPA: Internal Commission for Accident Prevention).
Plan, coordinate and oversee SIPAT activities nationwide, aligned with company culture and the organization’s main risks (SIPAT: Occupational Health and Safety Week).
Plan, design and monitor Occupational Safety training programs, in-person and/or digital, ensuring legal compliance and practical effectiveness.
Work collaboratively with internal areas and suppliers/contractors to strengthen safety requirements and EHS governance.
Ensure compliance with current legislation, regulatory standards and internal guidelines.
Requirements
Technical qualification in Occupational Safety (active professional registration).
Bachelor's degree and/or postgraduate education in related fields (Engineering, Management, EHS, Occupational Safety) is desirable.
Proven experience in Occupational Safety management, preferably in complex environments, national operations or large-scale projects.
Strong command of metrics, data analysis, dashboards and management reporting.
Experience leading strategic meetings and engaging with senior leadership.
Experience in accident analysis, investigation methodologies and action-plan management.
Experience in team management and working in a matrix organization.
Knowledge of CIPA, SIPAT and corporate training programs (CIPA: Internal Commission for Accident Prevention; SIPAT: Occupational Health and Safety Week).
Analytical, organized and communicative profile with strong influencing skills.
