Acts as subject matter expert (SME) for seat design, certification, and installation across multiple seat projects and supplier actions
Provides engineering leadership to the Seats Integration Team spanning internal disciplines and external resources
Leads technical integration of multiple engineering disciplines on highly complex projects
Plans, identifies, and coordinates engineering resources across project/program lifecycle
Leads project execution to complete engineering statements of work
Communicates project status and program-level seat guidance to various stakeholders
Identifies program-level seat risks and implement risk mitigation strategies
Establishes and report project technical performance metrics and implement improvements
Provides integration leadership for implementation and execution of seat projects

Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace/Aeronautical, Materials, or related)
9+ years of relevant experience or equivalent industry experience
Willingness/ability to travel domestically and internationally (typically 10%–20%)
Experience with payloads engineering releases and configuration management processes
Demonstrated experience leading cross-discipline technical integration and project execution
Experience implementing and sustaining project management best practices
Experience authoring certification plans and reviewing technical documentation
Familiarity with FAA Title 14 Part 25 and EASA equivalents
Experience with CATIA, ENOVIA, IVT, DCCS, and REDARS
FAA DER Interior Arrangements experience or equivalent certification knowledge
Strong written and verbal communication skills
