Product Specialists, providing coaching, performance management, and career development support.
Own the post-implementation customer relationship from a legal engineering perspective, ensuring law firm and in-house clients are effectively onboarded, trained, and supported on an ongoing basis
Act as the senior escalation point for complex or strategic customer engagements, bringing deep product and legal expertise
Partner with Account Management and Sales to identify expansion opportunities, support renewals, and contribute to retention strategy
Collaborate with the Product team to surface customer feedback, advocate for platform improvements, and keep the team informed of new features and roadmap developments
Define and iterate on team processes, playbooks, and frameworks to build a scalable and high-performing function
Requirements
Qualified lawyer with 7+ PQE, with experience in a law firm or in-house legal environment
Prior experience managing or mentoring a team, with a track record of developing talent and driving performance
Deep familiarity with legal technology and AI tools, with an ability to quickly develop and demonstrate platform expertise
Strong commercial instincts and the ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders at law firms and in-house legal teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience running training, workshops, or client-facing product sessions
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach.
