About this role
Role Overview
Order management, logistics support, and internal reporting: Process incoming orders via email, EDI/Doc platforms, and telephone using SAP B1
Issuing invoices, discount notifications, cancellations, and proforma invoices
Supporting the Sales Team by checking stock levels, prices, and order statuses
Collaborating with the Warehouse/Transport Team tracking late parcels, and managing stock discrepancies
Managing incoming mails, answering phone queries, and creating tickets in Zoho Desk for technical or sales escalations
Using OneDrive for reporting and tracking
Creating daily sales reports and outstanding order lists using SAP and OneDrive; maintaining and updating the customer database
Handling inter-company orders and automated daily invoice distribution
Requirements
Strong working knowledge of SAP Business One (B1) or equivalent ERP system
Strong working knowledge of Excel
Proven background in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail, self-motivation, and a collaborative "team player" attitude
Ability to manage a high volume of emails and phone calls efficiently
Business level of English and Polish
