Contribute a high volume of ideas that turn strategy into clear, compelling creative concepts.
Develop and execute concepts for campaigns, earned media, activations, and more across all channels, including digital, social, retail, and video.
Support projects from concept through final execution, ensuring high-quality creative output.
Partner with copywriters and cross-functional teams to build integrated work that meets business objectives.
Present ideas clearly and confidently, articulating the concept and its value.
Collaborate with Creative Directors, Associate Creative Directors, and Senior Art Directors to refine campaign direction.
Assist in planning photo and video shoots, supporting art direction on set, and working with photographers, videographers, production, vendors, and editors.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while staying on strategy, on time, and on budget.
Contribute to brainstorms and push the work to a higher standard.
Requirements
A 4-year degree or equivalent experience
2-5+ years’ work experience with an in-house marketing team or advertising agency
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with strong design and art direction skills
A portfolio with relevant work experience and examples (required)
Experience in photo/video art direction (preferred)
