Serve as the primary analytical resource for understanding what's working and what isn't across the business
Analyze product performance by LTV, refunds, and churn to identify which products drive value and which destroy it
Build and monitor retention curves segmented by cohort, acquisition channel, and product mix
Identify customer leakage points across the lifecycle and surface actionable findings
Evaluate acquisition channel quality based on downstream retention and churn behavior
Uncover untapped growth opportunities within the existing customer base
Own and maintain dashboards and run ad hoc analyses for the leadership team
Proactively surface insights and trends without waiting to be asked
Partner with the CRO manager on experimentation analysis
Drive alignment across teams on how to define and measure key metrics — ensuring everyone is working from the same source of truth
Collaborate with the marketing team on acquisition analytics
Support leadership on strategic questions and decisions
Requirements
5+ years in analytics at a DTC, subscription, or ecommerce company; telemedicine or health/wellness experience is a strong plus
Fluent in SQL — window functions, CTEs, rolling metrics, cohort queries
Deep understanding of subscription math: LTV, CAC, payback period, cohort retention, reorder curves, winback economics — including the difference between customer and revenue retention
Experience building dashboards in Looker, Mode, Hex, Metabase, or similar, with a clear sense of what makes a dashboard useful versus decorative
Strong analytical thinking — knows how to frame the right question before touching the data
