Role Overview
- Edit high-quality video content for Instagram (Reels), YouTube (Shorts & long-form), and digital campaigns
- Integrate AI-generated visuals, animations, and enhancements into video content
- Create motion graphics, titles, overlays, and transitions aligned with brand identity
- Develop visually engaging storytelling formats optimised for short-form attention spans
- Collaborate with the team on creative direction, concepts, and content strategy
- Optimise videos for each platform (formatting, pacing, captions, hooks)
- Stay up to date with AI tools, editing trends, and social media algorithms
- Manage multiple projects with fast turnaround times
Requirements
- Proven experience in video editing and motion graphics
- Strong proficiency in tools such as:
- Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
- After Effects (essential for motion graphics)
- Hands-on experience with AI video tools, such as:
- Runway ML
- Pika Labs
- Descript
- Midjourney (for assets/visuals)
- Strong understanding of social-first content (hooks, pacing, retention)
- Ability to combine AI-generated content with real footage seamlessly
- Basic understanding of sound design and colour grading
