FEC Transaction Monitoring Analyst

Role Overview

• Review alerts and investigate client transactions using automated monitoring systems and manual reports
• Escalate suspicious cases in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Analyze transaction patterns and customer behavior to identify emerging risks
• Assist in system validation and tuning efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent industry experience
• 2+ years in Transaction Monitoring, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) or financial crime compliance investigations
• Proficiency in conducting end-to-end investigations using alerting and case management tools
• Strong written communication skills
• Working knowledge of AML regulations, typologies, and red flag indicators
• Basic familiarity with Transaction Monitoring systems and data analysis tools
• Proven ability to work independently and manage time-sensitive deliverables
