Role Overview
- Coordinate contributors (target manufacturing site, costing team, methods, …)
- Identify and recommend industrial scenarios (Make, Team, Buy)
- Contribute to product design decisions with the Development Competence Centers
- Ensure industrial requirements are taken into account in the Product Policy
- Validate the actual Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL)
- Identify needs for industrial maturity improvements
- Establish and quantify investment needs
- Estimate non-recurring costs (NRC) and recurring costs (RC)
- Present and defend the proposal to the VP Industry to obtain approval
Requirements
- Engineering degree
- Experience managing industrial costs (RC/NRC)
- Strong understanding of production processes and knowledge of Lean and APQP
- Cross-functional management of multidisciplinary teams across multiple sites
- Project management experience in complex and competitive environments
- Rigor, analytical skills, leadership and team spirit
