Develop predictive models to anticipate product adoption, customer behavior, and operational inefficiencies.
Provide actionable insights independently to improve product features, customer satisfaction, and marketing strategies.
Build and maintain real-time dashboards and automated reports using tools like Power BI, Excel, and JIRA.
Present findings through visually compelling reports and presentations that communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
Automate data collection and reporting processes to minimize manual effort and enhance data accuracy.

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field
5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in Product, Engineering, or Marketing environments
Proven experience with statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and building dashboards
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools
Experience with JIRA, Salesforce, and related systems
Strong knowledge of statistical models and techniques for analyzing data correlations and making predictions
Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R is a plus.
Ability to quickly understand domain-specific challenges and make meaningful insights.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex findings to various stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and mentor junior analysts.
