Design, integrate, and maintain network, cloud, hardware, and operating system infrastructure for the platform.
Test and integrate COTS, GOTS, and FOSS components to ensure system reliability and performance.
Manage data-pipeline resource needs, access controls, and capacity planning.
Develop and implement performance metrics, instrumentation, and monitoring tools.
Ensure system stability, availability, and scalability across all environments.
Prepare, maintain, and execute a System Engineering Plan (SEP) for managing all systems architecture and engineering aspects.
Conduct systems engineering activities to specify, build, and maintain system engineering designs.
Design, prepare, and document systems engineering and cybersecurity artifacts.
Establish and maintain a System Requirements management environment and process.
Support enterprise system architecture activities and maintain system architecture artifacts.
Define, document, maintain, and promulgate APIs and technical standards.
Design, engineer, integrate, and continuously improve the underlying infrastructure of the System.
Identify, prepare, track, secure, and integrate government, commercial, and open-source tools and services.
Design, architect, engineer, and continuously improve the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX).
Design, build, and maintain services and products to make production-ready AI/ML models accessible.
Design, architect, engineer, and continuously improve all aspects of cybersecurity elements of the System.
Perform site reliability engineering to build and maintain a reliable, scalable, and efficient System.
Participate in the Engineering Control Board (ECB) process for supporting all major engineering milestones and decisions.
Requirements
Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical discipline and 8 years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree in a related field and 6 years of relevant experience.
At least one of the following foundational qualification pathways consistent with DoD 8140 requirements.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure engineering or related field.
Experience with network, cloud, hardware, and operating system infrastructure.
Experience with COTS, GOTS, and FOSS components.
Experience with performance metrics, instrumentation, and monitoring tools.
Experience with systems engineering and cybersecurity artifacts.
Experience supporting RMF compliance, STIG implementation, and cybersecurity monitoring.
