Support the development of Procurement Sustainability environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives.
Identify emerging ESG themes relevant to the function.
Support the data preparation and analysis of ESG initiatives across the Procurement lifecycle.
Support the Governance team in providing data and analysis of key processes covering the Procurement lifecycle.
Maintain the external Manufacturing Process Capability Tool with updated supplier data.
Support the provision of ESG data and reports.
In partnership with Procurement Managers maintain supply chain risk registers.
Support Commercial in responding to Customer requests around Sustainability.
Requirements
Good understanding of ESG (environmental, social and governance) principles and how they apply within supply chains
Familiarity with frameworks such as scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, ethical sourcing and SBTi (Science Based Targets)
Ability to collect, analyze and interpret sustainability data
Experience using such tools as Excel, Power BI or similar for reporting and dashboard creation
Experience supporting supplier onboarding, due diligence and sustainability assessments
Strong communication skills to work cross-functionally
Ability to present insights and recommendations clearly to support decision making
Contribute to training, awareness, and capability development within Procurement teams
