About this role

Drive software design, architecture, and development at a detailed level
Investigate active problems and build proactive solutions for long-term stability
Plan, assign and track work within the development team
Review code and establish rules and guidelines for developers
Interact directly with business and operations staff, as well as IT partners
Review and participate in the specification of business and technical requirements
Review test plans and collaborate with QA and UAT teams to ensure proper testing

3-5 years of expertise in Java EE design and programming
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Core Java and libraries like Guava, Lombok, SLF4J logging
Knowledge of Java Unit Testing/Integration Testing libraries (Mockito, JUnit, etc.)
Strong understanding of RDBMS databases, JDBC, and database access technologies
Familiarity with App/Web servers (Weblogic, Apache/Tomcat, etc.)
Experience with JavaScript frameworks (ReactJS, Angular 5 and above)
Working knowledge on Docker, Kubernetes, Ignite, and Artemis
Experience with standard Java development tools (IDEs, build frameworks, source code control)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
